The Lady Beavers continued on a path in the right direction with a double header against Buhl and Filer. Buhl came out strong in game 1 and scored in the first 30 seconds. But the Beavers responded shortly after with two scores off of corner kicks. Then about in the 30th minute Sammy Oseguera blasted a beautiful shot from about 25yds to take the Beavers into the half with a 3-1 lead. The second half was a battle of trading goals. With AF pulling off the Win 4-3. Game Two was a different kind of game. The Beavers seemed to find their footing early and created several break away chances. They out shot Filer 12-4 in the first half. The halftime score was 2-1, they conceded a late goal in the half that could have been easily prevented. The legs were starting go for both teams and it showed. The second half was a more of the same story of break away opportunities and hustle. The final score was 4-2 pushing the Beavers to 5-1 on the season. They next play at Pocatello on Tuesday for a tough test.
